We’re writing to share some important news: as of Friday, October 10th, 2025, the Prism Online Store will be closing. This was not an easy decision, but with changing customer demand and evolving priorities here at Prism Kombucha, we believe this is the right step forward.

We want to thank you for being a valued part of the Prism community. Your support of our online store over the years has meant so much to us.

The good news is that you’ll still be able to find and enjoy Prism Kombucha through our wonderful retail partners. We are actively working with our retail partners to offer more options for higher volume purchases such as 4-packs, 8-packs and refill stations.

We know this change may be an inconvenience, and we’re truly sorry for that. Above all, we want to express our deep gratitude for your support. You’ve helped us grow, adapt, and continue to share kombucha inspired by the boreal forest. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Stay stocked with your favourite kombucha! Our 8-can subscription delivers a rotating or custom selection of our seasonal and signature flavours straight to your door every month. Whether you’re sipping solo or sharing with friends, this pack keeps your fridge full and your gut happy.

Your subscription is billed monthly on the same calendar day you first signed up. For example, if you subscribe on the 10th, you'll be billed on the 10th of each month.

We ship your order on the next Thursday after your billing date, so your kombucha always arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.
