Jardins St-Léon Gardens is thrilled to announce that we've acquired Prism Kombucha Co.


When Dan Pastuck, founder and proprietor of Prism Kombucha, announced to us that he would be stopping production and closing shop as a result of COVID-19, we knew we had to react in order to keep this delicious kombucha brand alive. Our customers and ourselves absolutely love Prism Kombucha for its unique flavours and amazing ingredients. We knew that there was a strong demand for Dan's product.


Prism Kombucha sources the best organic and wild-foraged ingredients available, and has strong values completely compatible with our own. We will continue making this unique and frankly, delicious kombucha locally, right here in Winnipeg. Our goal is to make Prism Kombucha as accessible as possible by growing the business and reaching as wide a customer base as possible!


Dan Pastuck, founder and proprietor of Prism Kombucha, has agreed to keep working for Prism Kombucha for a few months to ensure a healthy transition as he hands down his extensive knowledge in brewing techniques and business operations.


Jardins St-Léon Gardens is a 2nd generation small family business started in 1979. Our mission is to make local food as accessible as possible. We look forward to growing this company in a sustainable, environmentally friendly way, while supporting local producers across our province and country.
