Join our workshop, elevate your homebrewing skills!

Our first kombucha brewing class offered in partnership with Fort Whyte Alive was a resounding success and now we're organizing a second workshop, focusing specifically on brewing with wild foraged ingredients.

Designed for those who already have some experience brewing kombucha, this workshop delves deeper into the world of tea blending and the use of foraged ingredients found in Manitoba in creating distinctive fermented beverages. During this workshop, participants will create their own unique tea blend, choosing from a variety of teas, blends, and foraged plants.

Take-home materials: 1-gallon glass jug with lid, cloth cover and elastic, drawstring steeping tea bag, a 4-pack of Prism Kombucha product, and an active fermentation consisting of Prism proprietary tea blends and wild-foraged ingredients with a piece of SCOBY!
